I offer immersive therapy days in person, providing a more spacious and focused setting for therapeutic reflection and exploration.
These extended sessions create a structured opportunity to step back from day-to-day demands and engage more fully with what feels important, at a steady and contained pace.
Immersive therapy days are not intensive or crisis-driven sessions. They are structured therapeutic spaces designed to support reflection, regulation, and integration over time.

How the day works
Immersive therapy days are extended, in-person psychotherapy sessions offered either on a one-to-one basis or, where appropriate, in a very small therapist-led group of up to three participants.
Each day is structured in advance, with planned breaks and pauses to support emotional integration and regulation. The emphasis is on maintaining a steady therapeutic frame that allows depth without overwhelm.
The work is integrative and relational, drawing from a range of therapeutic and contemplative approaches. This may include influences from Buddhism and Sufism, alongside body-based awareness, sound, creative imagination, visualisation, and gentle movement, where appropriate.
These approaches are offered sensitively and only where clinically appropriate, always within a paced and grounded therapeutic container.
The focus is not on intensity, but on depth within containment — allowing reflection, meaning-making, and internal processing to unfold at a supported rhythm.
A note on suitability and boundaries
Immersive therapy days are a carefully structured extension of psychotherapy, and are not a replacement for ongoing therapeutic work.
They are offered by prior arrangement only and are scheduled in advance. They are not an open or ad hoc availability format.
If you are already in weekly psychotherapy with me, any shift into this format would be discussed and agreed in advance to ensure continuity and clarity within the therapeutic relationship.
For those not currently in therapy, an initial consultation is required to explore suitability and whether this format is appropriate for your current needs.
Location
Sessions take place in a quiet, private setting just outside London, offering a calm and contained environment for therapeutic work.
